**Key Roles & Responsibilities**

As a Junior Admin Assistant at Winchester Wealth, your duties will include:

- Assisting financial advisors with **client onboarding** and **documentation preparation**.
- Managing **client files**, ensuring all records are accurate, compliant, and up to date.
- Performing **FICA verification** and maintaining compliance checklists.
- Assisting with **policy processing**, **switch forms**, and **new business submissions**.
- Scheduling appointments and updating the **advisors’ calendars**.
- Assisting in **event coordination**.
- Updating client information on CRM systems and Excel trackers.
- Supporting the admin team with general office duties — filing, scanning, and record management.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly front-office presence when interacting with clients.

**Skills & Requirements**
- Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Matric (required); Diploma or Degree in Finance/Business Administration (advantageous).
