**Description**:
Our client based in Pietemaritzburg is seeking an Estate Grounds Supervisor to join them.

**Your duties would be as follows**:
**Gardens**:

- Work with contractors to see communal areas are always neat and tidy
- Ensure that forest open grounds are free of noxious weeds
- Report soil erosion issues
- Assist with auditing home owners gardens so that they are environmentally friendly
- Ensure that all verges and fences are clean and maintained.

**Buildings**:

- Regularly check on building developments and that all building sites are following rules and protocols i.e. labour are adhering to internal regulations
- Sand and roadways are clean and clear
- Health and safety is adhered to
