Installations Supervisor

**Summary**:
We’re looking for an Installations Supervisor to manage our field teams, ensure top-quality installations, and deliver exceptional customer service. You’ll oversee day-to-day installations, refine processes, and ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.

**Key Outputs**:

- Manage, train, and develop installation teams.
- Oversee field operations, schedules, and quality control.
- Review and refine work orders and plans before deployment.
- Ensure adherence to installation procedures and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor and improve installation efficiency and service standards.
- And any other reasonable task.

**Requirements**:

- Completed grade 12 or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years in a supervisory role in Telecoms industry.
- Comfortable with working on a CRM platform.
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to plan, organise, and oversee multiple projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- A valid drivers license is a must.
