**Auto req ID**: 283737BR - ** Ensure a consistent service delivery of Talent Management services to markets**: - ** Activate culture engagement programs/celebrations partnering with Culture specialist and HRBPs**: - **Global Surveys Rollout/ Administration**: - Monitor the completion of Global Survey Administration and handle internal escalations - Coordinate with Line HR’s & HRBP’s to identify audience to whom survey is to be rolled out - Ensure the survey is rolled out to the identified audience - Track survey completion and follow up with audience and LHR’s to ensure survey participation - ** Reporting & Analytics**: - Prepare monthly people data report and share it with respective stakeholder - Analyze global survey data and share with respective stakeholders - Address any queries regarding the survey analysis - Report periodically on the diversity metrics - Periodically review the reporting required with TM & HRLT provide clarifications on the reports as required - ** R&R Administration: (We need to think of the segregation between FL or Locations & Management / HO )** - Coordinate with local HRBPs or functions to receive list of awardees - Compile final list of awardees and share with location Spoc's - Co-ordinate with vendor for reward procurement (if required) - Communication activation - Smiles Reporting **Qualifications/Requirements**: - 3 year Degree - 2-3 years experience in Culture and Engagement (analyzing surveys, developing plans and implementing solutions) - Strong understanding of FMCG environment - Highly analytic - ability to analyse data and draw key insights - Influencing skills: to be able to create buy-in and support for engagement initaitives and to influence progress against agreed plans - Creative skills to design fit for purpose culture and engagement solutions - Strong delivery bias - ability to deliver high quality outputs **“PepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act"** **Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable **Job Type**: Pipeline
