Group Skills Development Facilitator Education
Johannesburg North, Johannesburg - Gauteng - South Africa
You will be required to coordinate the Group Training strategy alignment to relevant Skills Development Regulations and the appropriate registration. Skills Development compliance and/or certification by relevant bodies (ETQA, SETA, SAQA and OHS).
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Skills Development Facilitator Qualification
- Minimum of 3-year degree / Diploma in Training and Development or equivalent
- Assessor and Moderator qualification and experience is an added advantage
- Over 5-8 years' experience in a Learning and Development environment
- Over 5 years of SDF experience
- At least 5 years' experience as a SETA Liaison
- Minimum of 10 years' work experience
- A qualified facilitator and at least 1-year experience
- At least 3 years of people management experience
- Proven effective negotiation skills/track record
- Proven track record in Skills Development Levy /Funding success
- Proven track record in Discretionary Grant project administration and project management
- Excellent understanding of the National Skills Development Strategy, various SETA-specific focus areas
- Knowledge of Skills Development legislation and related regulations
- Organised with a track record of developing effective systems and procedures
- Assertive negotiator and collaborator
