Senior IT Technician with at least 5 years experience Stellenbosch area We are a well established company of young people dedicated to giving our clients excellent service and backup for their IT needs. **Duties**:
Telephone support, workshop & onsite support & installations
- General hardware installation & configurations
- Install, configure, manage and support Microsoft O/S & Office
- Configurations of networks & network devices, eg ADSL & Fibre Routers
- Hardware & software fault finding
- Virus removals
- Network Cabling & Wireless Installations

**Personal Skills/Attributes**:

- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with others
- Keen and hardworking, Motivated, Punctual, Presentable
- Quick learner

**You must have experience in the following areas**:

- Microsoft Windows OS Maintenance, management, troubleshooting & Installation.
- Microsoft Sever OS Maintenance, management, troubleshooting & Installation.
- Network Protocols & Switching, routing and L3 switch management.
- Backup procedures
- Wireless configuration & management.
- Cloud Services

**This position has the following non-negotiable requirements: -**

1. Matric.

2. 5 years RELEVANT experience.

3. Good communication skills.

4. Fully bi-lingual Afrikaans/English.

5. Valid Driver's Licence.
