**Job requirements**:

- Red seal fitter & Turner,
- 8+ years of experience
- **Experience with operating CNC machines advantageous.**:

- 2 Month contract with option to go permanent

**Job responsibilities**:

- Run a small machine shop comprising of a lathe, milling machine and **3-axis CNC milling machine.**:

- Manufacture components as per drawing for use in our standardised product range.
- Must have good communication skills and be able to report back to engineering on possible improvements or issues that arise.
- Must be forward thinking and be able to develop ideas to increase efficiency on mass production parts.
- Must be ready to work as part of small, experienced team and be willing to debate ideas and take criticism.
- Ideal age would be 30 to 45 years old with some experience in operating CNC machines.
