**What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)**

You will oversee the successful execution of PV projects from start to finish. As a key member of the organisation, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

- manage the end-to-end execution of solar projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and final handover
- develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure efficient project delivery
- coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients, to ensure smooth project progression.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address any issues or risks that may arise, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Lead project meetings and maintain effective communication channels with all project team members
- ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle

**Where you’ll be doing it**

Your new employer is based in Pretoria. They are a Solar PV, engineering, procurement and construction management company, with commitment towards excellence and with the experience to serve the market with turn-key solar PV and battery

backup solutions with the objective to be the preferred Solar PV provider of residential, commercial and industrial solar PV solutions to the South African market.

**What you’ll need**

To be successful in this role, you would need a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field; with proven work experience as a project manager in solar PV construction and excellent organisational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management software and tools, relevant certifications such as PMP, will be a plus. A valid driver’s licence is also essential for this role.
