**Overall Responsibility**:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team. The Delivery Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering items on schedule, ensuring that all orders are complete, correctly packed, and safely delivered to our valued clients. The role requires excellent customer service skills, adherence to assigned routes, and a commitment to safety and food quality standards (HACCP/ISO22000).

**Focus Area 1**

**Driving operations**
- Safely load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a timely manner.
- Review orders before and after delivery to confirm accuracy, charges, and customer satisfaction.
- Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
- Collect payments for delivered items as required.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
- Comply with all transportation laws and maintain a safe driving record.
- Operate delivery vehicles and related equipment, including trucks and specialized machinery.

**Focus Area 2**

**Reporting**
- Prepare accurate delivery-related reports and other necessary documents.

**Focus Area 3**

**Health and Safety**
- Comply with HACCP and ISO22000 requirements for food safety and quality.
- Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety protocols as per company standards.
- Conduct food safety and quality activities aligned with the Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and Quality Control (QC) guidelines.

**Requirements of the Role**:

- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Licenses: Valid Code 10/14 driver’s license with a clean driving record and eligibility for a PDP.
- Background: No medical or criminal record that would disqualify for driving or customer interaction. 1-3 years super link driving experience

**Preferred Skills/Competencies**:

- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
- Physical capability to walk, drive, lift, and carry heavy items for extended periods.
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and a commitment to safety.
