National Company dealing with Fire Fighting Equipment, at its Belville, Cape Town branch requires a Branch Sales and Admin Manager. Non AA position.

Requirements are:

- Problem-solving and analytical ability
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory / management position over at least 5 to 10 staff.
- Must have previous Sales Management experience.
- Motivated self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Technical expertise and knowledge of company products (Fire Fighting Equipment)
- Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), and negotiating skills
- Strong leadership, motivation, and managerial skills
- Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
- Team player who works productively with a wide range of people
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
- Superior organizational skills
- Experience developing and implementing business plans and goals
- Demonstrated success managing inventory, including auditing, forecasting, and planning
- Demonstrated competency in budgeting, forecasting, and planning
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Pastel, and CRM are essential.
- Must be able to drive productivity.
- Must have a valid Driver's License.
- Will be required to oversee all departments in the branch, Debtors, Operations / technical, and be responsible to **ensure sales/market growth is achieved.**
