**SAP HCM Payroll Consultant**
- Our client requires the services of a SAP HCM Payroll Consultant in Gauteng
- Independent support & maintenance and constant further development of the SAP SD/CS system landscape
- Proactive analysis, optimization, and harmonization of business processes in cooperation with the relevant global and local departments/teams
- Consulting internal teams based on their business process requirements, defining project scopes, and controlling them.
- Support for international SAP implementation, optimization, and roll-out projects
- Management of (partial) projects and management of external service providers.
- SAP S/4 Hana Payroll Implementation/ Customizing/ Maintenance Certifications for SAP R/3 are required.
- Set up the payroll configuration in the S/4 Hana system. Excellent knowledge of requirements collection, configuration, and deployment of a SAP Payroll.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in the fields of computer science, economics, or engineering, Master's is preferred.
- Several years of experience in the area of SAP S/4 Hana Payroll, preferably in a SAP Consulting firm and in the Industry
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 to S/4 Hana migration is a plus.
- Ability to proactively work in a multinational organization, travel is required during implementation/ migration phases to Germany, USA & China.
