We are looking to add an amazing and fun Junior IT Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Support to the Talent Acquisition & HR team.
- We would prefer someone with at least 1 years’ IT recruitment experience, failing that, we will look at someone that would like to work within the IT/cybersecurity recruitment space, i.e understand a bit about IT/cybersecurity._

**Qualifications / Experience**:

- 1 - 2 years IT recruitment experience
- Boolean sourcing experience would be very Beneficial
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases beneficial

- Organised and detail orientated
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Must be able to work independently and perform under pressure

**Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on all roles
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes and refers them to the Talent Acquisition Manager for consideration
- Handling of all recruitment administration
- Assist with developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
- Assist with preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job sites/social media sites
