- **Hyper-V Cluster Expertise**: Administer Hyper-V cluster environments, leveraging your 10+ years of experience for stability and efficiency.
- **Microsoft Server Administration**: Take responsibility for Microsoft server administration, including deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- **Client Solution Development**: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and design tailored IT solutions to address their challenges.
- **Automation**: Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline IT processes and enhance efficiency.
- **Documentation**: Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and best practices as a resource for junior techs.
- **Problem Solving**: Resolve complex technical issues and challenges, providing timely and effective solutions.
- **Vendor Relations**: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and products.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of extensive experience in IT, with a focus on FortiGate, M365 cloud solutions, network management, Hyper-V clusters, and Microsoft server administration.
- Expert-level knowledge of FortiGate firewall appliances and security configurations.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex network solutions.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring junior IT staff.
- Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- IT certifications such as Fortinet Network Security Expert (NSE), Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), or similar are highly desirable.
