**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our cleaning services.
- Listen to customer needs and recommend the best cleaning solutions.
- Turn warm leads into confirmed bookings by highlighting our services’ value.
- Stay up to date with our service offerings to confidently answer customer questions.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Keep customer information accurate and up to date in our CRM system.
- Follow up on customer inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns with confidence and great communication.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 years of telesales or sales experience, ideally in the cleaning or service industry.
- Experience in Residential, End of Tenancy, Deep Cleaning, Janitorial Services, or Garden Services is a plus.
- A proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your schedule.
- Must have your own laptop, a reliable internet connection, and backup systems for power outages.
- Willingness to work weekends and during the festive season when needed.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle rejection like a pro.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally.

**What’s In It For You**:

- Competitive base salary of R8,000 per month plus an attractive commission structure.
- On Target Earnings of R25,000 per month (R8,000 basic + uncapped commission).
- 40 days of paid holiday every year.
- ** Working Hours**: Flexible shifts available, Monday - Friday.
- ** Weekend Shift**: One shift (09:30 - 18:00) once a month, with extra pay and time off.
- ** Festive Coverage**: Required, with additional compensation.
