Ensure that a company complies with legal and ethical requirements, and internal policies. Do this by:

- **Assessing risks**: Identifying potential compliance issues and evaluating the level of risk they pose

Attend to site specific and project scope risks which will require travelling to the relevant sites. This could include out of town travelling.

Provide written risk assessments
- **Developing policies**: Creating and updating policies and procedures based on applicable laws and regulations.

- ISO standards to be maintained accordingly.
- **Conducting audits**: Performing internal and external audits to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement
- **Attend audits**: Attend, plan and champion all audits performed by clients, Govt departments, or any other persons/organisations that may audit We Buy Waste or its operations.
- **Educating employees**: Training staff on regulations and the impact of non-compliance
- **Investigating violations**: Reporting any violations of laws or regulations to management and regulatory bodies.

Investigate incidents under OHS and report accordingly.
- **Communicating**: Recording findings and communicating regulatory changes to management
- **Championing compliance**: Contributing to the organization's compliance controls and best practices
- **SHEQ**: Maintain all site SHEQ files and standards - including head office based in Edenvale.
- **Service Providers**: Ensure that all service providers and suppliers maintain compliance and keep accurate records of such documents for presentation to clients and auditors.
- **Legal Register**: Develop and maintain a legal register for all statutory and regulatory aspects for all company divisions.

Pay: R8 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
