**About the Role**
Are you an experienced sales leader with a background in **debt review**? Join our team as a **Sales Team Leader** and play a pivotal role in driving performance, mentoring a dynamic sales team, and helping clients achieve financial freedom.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of **Debt Review Sales Agents**.
- Set and monitor team sales targets to ensure consistent performance.
- Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor individual and team metrics, providing actionable feedback to ensure goals are met.
- Handle escalated client cases with professionalism and expertise.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies.
**What We’re Looking For**:
✔ **Proven experience** in debt review sales and team leadership (minimum 2 years).
✔ A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
✔ Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
✔ Goal-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
