Our Client, who is a leading expert in the Automotive Industry, is looking for a Logistic Administrator to join their team. Company based in New Westmead, Kwa-Zulu Natal.
**Responsibilities Include**
- Planning and tracking of logistics, transportation, and customer services.
- Developing shipment plans as per product availability and request from customers.
- Make sure all incoming supplies are registered and processed in the logistics database as per the SOPs.
- Making arrangements for the transportation of products.
- Assigning duties to the staff so that the deliveries can be made efficiently.
- Maintaining and preparing delivery records for engineers to ensure timely deliveries.
- Managing training and supervising logistics personnel.
- Taking important measures for avoiding quality control issues.
- Ensuring the quality of all products is maintained during the shipment period.
- Making sure the stock is sufficient for all new orders and place new orders when required.
- Keeping the customers updated regarding their orders.
- Maintaining and updating the record of orders from customers and suppliers.
- Preparing and presenting logistics reports
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in same/similar role
- Preferably, a person who has worked in an Automotive Production Environment
- Good organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to organize and update inventory records.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month
