Store Manager

Duties will include (but not limited to):
**1. Store**
- Smooth running of the store
- Overall management of store and staff
- Opening and closing of the store (as per weekly roster)

**2. Staff**
- Assisting in the appointment of staff (when positions become available in the store)
- Participate in disciplinary procedures of staff (as required)
- Disciplining the staff (as required)
- Ensuring that leave forms and all required documents are submitted for payroll processing
- Ensuring staff work according to their shifts as provided

**3. Stock**
- Participate in stock takes (profits and losses)
- Purchasing and budgeting

**4. General**
- Tend to customer complaints

**5. Qualifications & Experience**
- Grade 12
- Management experience - 5 years
- Retail experience - 10 years
- Experience in working with a staff complement of at least 100 staff members
- Must be available within 1 month
- Please include current salary
- Must be available to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays)
- Valid drivers license
- Computer Literate
