IT Projects Manager/business Analysis

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structure, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and proactively identify and address potential risks and issues.
- Manage project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and change requests.

Business Analysis
- Perform business analysis activities to understand and document business requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis to elicit and validate requirements.
- Analyse and translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize requirements, ensure feasibility, and support decision-making.
- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies to support project planning and execution.

Requirement Management
- Facilitate requirements gathering and clarification sessions with project stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain requirements documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.
- Perform requirements analysis, validation, and verification to ensure completeness and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage requirements changes and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and support solution design

Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, ensuring their involvement and understanding throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback, address concerns, and obtain approvals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing regular project updates, status reports, and performance metrics.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering collaboration and partnership to drive project success.

Quality Assurance Testing
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure the quality of project deliverables.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities, working closely with business stakeholders to validate solutions.
- Perform defect management, issue resolution, and post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Educational requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading and delivering complex projects.

**Experience**:

- Knowledge of business analysis frameworks, such as BABOK or IIBA certifications, is preferred.
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is desirable.
- Experience in software development projects or IT implementations is advantageous.
