**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage litigation cases related to banking, with a focus on foreclosures and defended matters.
- Provide legal advice and strategy to clients in complex litigation cases.
- Oversee and mentor junior legal staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain and develop client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Admitted attorney with at least **10 years post-admission experience** in High Court banking litigation.
- Demonstrated expertise in foreclosures and defended litigation cases.
- Possess a valid driver's licence and own transport.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Experience managing a legal department and mentoring junior staff is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage a personal portfolio of cases.
- Strong communication, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with AJS & Ghost Practice is a plus.
- A dynamic problem-solver with excellent interpersonal skills, willing to work overtime as needed.
