**A senior Retail opportunity for a highly skilled, inspiring, analytical Buying Manager with a minimum of 10 years Retail Buying experience at Management level for a leading Fashion Retailer.**

**_Job Description_**
- Report directly into the General Manager and together with the rest of the management team.
- Work towards delivering profitable and sustainable sales growths that are aligned with the Group & Business strategy.
- Lead and inspire a team of 10 - 12 reports - drive succession planning, EE transformation, talent development and a high performance culture to deliver to the strategy.
- Change management plays a crucial part of the role since the business is going a big transitional period related to management, product, structure and strategy.
- Deliver balanced product ranges through a customer led process, in line with previous seasons analysis, sales and identified strategy.
- Very close collaboration with the Design Manager and team to identify seasonal trends, colour palettes and looks.
- Work closely with the Head of Planning and planning team towards the desired key performance indicators (turnover growth, profitability, stock levels, margins).
- Manage supplier relationships and collaboration to ensure successful execution of product, quality standards, price negotiations and alignment of supplier capability and capacity.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that the most successful execution of product onto the shop floor is possible: Marketing and Visual Merchandising, Store Operations, Quality Control and Sourcing.

**_Key Requirements_**
- Relevant qualification ie Retail Buying, Design Degree/Diploma.
- 9 - 10 years Retail Buying Management/Head of Buying experience.
