**REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in network administration, design, and support.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
- Experience with network security practices and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with cloud networking and services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
- Knowledge of VoIP and telecommunication systems.
- Project management experience in network-related projects.
- Experience with Ivanti MDM platforms
- Experience with Mosyle MDM platforms
- Design, implement, and manage network systems including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and security.
- Configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Ensure network security by implementing and updating security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities.
- Provide technical support and training to staff on network-related issues and best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to manage network services and resolve issues.
- Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and industry trends to continuously improve the network infrastructure.
