**We are looking for a**:Customer Success Representative who is passionate about providing exceptional customer experience, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where their problem-solving skills and communication prowess shine.

**Responsibilities for this role are**:

- Meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and capacity targets.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer experience.
- Capture notes in the CRM system to provide customers with a more personalised experience.
- Continuously find ways to improve the customer experience.
- Own customer queries from start to finish - go above and beyond to make their day

**Requirements**:
**The ideal person for this role has**:
Experience and Education
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in a similar position

Skills and Traits
- Self-starter with a passion and knack for being a people's person
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Computer literate/tech savvy
- Organised with a can-do attitude
- Strong work ethic and target driven
