Basic Purpose and Objective of the Job

To meet daily on time delivery schedule, deliver quality data and ensuring that standard operating procedures are always adhered too.
- Principal Accountabilities
- To capture radio spots, live reads, previews, and sponsorships on the bespoke Nielsen data entry software.
- Add new products into the bespoke Nielsen data entry software.
- Do research on the internet to see if the product exists.
- Attention to detail.
- Checking Servers that house the radio live feeds every hour.
- Inserting rates and breaks
- Closing of all stations as per SOP
- Meet set KPI’s off on time delivery and quality.
- Take on extra responsibilities when required.
- Adhere to global and local quality standards and deadlines.
- Participate in departmental cross training and assist in other departments as and when required.
- Verify new products.
- Check typologies.
- Clean data and fix errors
- Export data
- Send data to internal clients.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures.
