**Job Description**:
**Job Purpose**

As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner will be responsible for the recruitment process and will guide hiring managers from sign-off to induction, supporting all teams in the office. You will be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills.

You’ll manage and own the recruitment delivery for Rank’s Cape Town office, as well as serving as a trusted advisor to your Stakeholders, providing a high-level TA consultancy service. Your work will include externally mapping key roles, building solid pipelines and working with relevant stakeholders on successions along with growth plans. Alongside this work you’ll support with onboarding, inductions and act as one of the main go-to people for all things Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

The role of a TA Partner is split broadly into 2 parts:
**1) Local end to end SME delivery**
- You will be building relationships with stakeholders, understanding hiring requirements and ensuring that you are proactively sourcing and covering the full end to end recruitment process with the aim of filling roles directly along with creating strong pipelines and successions for future hires.

**2) True strategic partnership with stakeholders**
- Working closely with your Global TA Team and business stakeholders, ensuring everyone receives regular updates on the state of affairs, insights into what’s working/not working as well as recommendations on how to succeed. Alongside this you’ll work to understand their markets, build solid pipelines Map local competitors and work on identifying the right successions for current team members

**Day to day this will involve**:

- Building relationships with key stakeholders so that you can become a TA SME for their areas.
- Manage Hiring Managers expectations to ensure effective fulfilment of vacancies (prioritising the best sourcing method to fill the role, and balancing this will direct sourcing targets).
- Work with and maintain the recruitment system with a high level of data integrity.
- Supporting the team, and taking a team approach to solving hiring challenges, not working in a silo.
- Support with transforming the function which will involve implementing various projects across the function and globe with the aim of aligning the ways of working across locations, streamlining processes and ensuring the experience for all customers are best in class.
- Build and roll out insights platform to help the business understand specific TA metrics within their areas.

**Qualifications**:

- ** A proven history of excellent IT recruitment skills in the Cape Town and South African market as a whole (non-negotiable) with 2-3 years of experience.**:

- A drive and passion for process transformation and alignment across a matrixed structure and organization.
- Able to demonstrate experience across successful succession planning and pipeline work.
- Ability to manage various processes at any one time from recruitment delivery to confidential searches along with various project work.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Able to demonstrate a high drive to succeed along with a supportive and positive attitude.
- Someone who lives true to Rank’s Values.

Additional Information
**This is a 12-month fixed term contract but there are opportunities for extension and there is the possibility for conversion of the role to a permanent position.
