Responsible for managing various administrative and stock related tasks before, during, and after auctions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure correct and timeous preparation for vehicles to be loaded on time and online auction
- Ensure keys availability
- Ensure 360 pictures are completed
- Vehicles marked as starters
- Ensure Nonstarter comments are loaded
- Verify vehicles codes and year model against the Natis documents,
- Escalate any discrepancies / problems to Management immediately.
- Ensure that all vehicles received and stocked in via the phone app is successfully uploaded within 24hrs.
- Ensure keys are tagged daily and captured on Salesforce.
- Ensure windows are closed/wrapped.
- Stock stickers to be allocated to vehicles daily.
- Assisting Customers, Clients, Assessors and Investigators.
- Customer personalized items to be removed and stored for safe keeping in the safe.
- Assist with Forklift duties as and when required.
