- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen.
- Serve meals and drinks, checking in to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints or requests with professionalism and care.
- Process payments and manage tables efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area, including resetting tables.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Contactable References.
