We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team and grow the lubricant sales within each sub section of the industrial, commercial, and retail markets.

The successful incumbents will be responsible improving, promoting, and expanding the Tron brand of the company by creating awareness with customers at all levels; maintaining a high level of customer service to all industrial and heavy-duty customers; achieving sales budgets and targets; and expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Continuous focus on growing the business Increase profitability through volume
- Gross profit and trading profit growth Implement and negotiate customer specific price increases where required
- Ensure that a good working relationship and high level of service is maintained and always offered in the areas of industrial, Commercial & Retail lubricants
- Investigate and review the existing network of customers to determine organic growth opportunities
- Manage service level agreements with all customers Conduct surveys as and when required to improve market knowledge and report results accordingly
- Conduct regular sales product training presentations Customer specific quotations and follow up on orders Drive all customer queries and ensure excellent customer service
- Analise customer buying history and investigate why customers are not in line with budget and present action plans to assist with budget achievement
- Recognize potential new products & initiate paperwork for investigation
- Keep abreast of industry & market developments and competitors’ products to ensure that the lubricant brand is constantly up to date with changes, trends & pricing
- Ensure all administrative reporting is captured, updated and maintained accurately and timeously
- Distribute catalogues, brochures and POS material Identify and represent company at exhibitions, trade shows and industry conferences
- Follow up on orders, goods return handling, credits, stop supply and debtors

**Desired Experience & Qualification**
- Matric plus relevant Sales / Marketing qualification
- Valid Driver’s License
- 2 years' experience in a Sales / Business Development role within the industrial / retail lubricants market Ideally experienced within the automotive environment with a technical background and knowledge of the motor parts industry
- Computer literate on MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and CRM
- Must have excellent relationship building and management skills and networking ability
- **MUST HAVE OWN VEHICLE**

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R12,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
