**Additional Requirements**: All Applicants are required to have a stable Internet Connection preferably Fibre Connections. Successful applicants are liable for the own internet cost.
Required to have own home set up, Windows-based operating system, and headset.
**Shifts**: Mondays - Sundays (09h00 - 21h00, to mirror 07h00 - 19h00 UK time) with rotational weekend work
**Salary**:Payment will be in GBP (R20 000 equates to £1000/month)

Join a world-class knitwear retailer in our contact centre department and help spread our love for Knitwear all over the world. You'll be a key member of the team providing outstanding customer service to our highly valued customers. We are looking to energetic, friendly, and organised customer service agents to join our team.
Focus is for our German as well as our UK market including:
- Order entry
- Telephone queries in English & German
**Requirements**:
- Native level fluency in German language: Verbal skills essential (Advanced/Fluency level)
- Permanent residence permit or South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts. Weekends may apply.
- Excellent customer service skills essential. Experience in call centre or customer service industry preferred.
- Excellent Computer literacy & technical skills
- Knowledge & experience on MS Office products & able to work on Windows-based operating systems.
