The Training Branch Manager is responsible for leading and managing a designated retail branch while serving as a training hub for new and developing managers. This role balances operational excellence with staff development, ensuring the delivery of high-performance standards while providing support to the branch manager.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Retail experience is essential.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership and mentoring.
- Strong operational knowledge of retail processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail management systems.

Key Responsibilities
- **Sales & Business Development**: Develop and execute sales strategies, set sales targets, monitor performance, and analyze market trends to drive growth.
- **Team Leadership & Human Resources**: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate staff, create schedules, and foster a positive work environment to enhance customer service and team performance.
- **Operations Management**: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory levels, ensure store cleanliness and presentation, and implement promotional campaigns.
- **Financial Management**: Manage budgets, control costs, monitor financial records, and ensure profitability for the branch.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and complaints professionally, build strong customer relationships, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.
- **Compliance & Reporting**: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal regulations, and health and safety standards. Prepare reports on branch performance for senior management.

Pay: From R11 594,70 per month
