Credit Controller

We are a Ship Chandlers based in Gordon's Bay looking for an experienced credit controller to assist us with keeping all our accounts up to date.
**Requirements**:
- Matric Certificate / Grade 12
- Relevant tertiary education will be an advantages
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Minimum of 3 years’ creditors experience with complex and big accounts is essential.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport
- Experience in Pastel Partner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to multi-task in a high-pressured environment
- Accounts payable process
Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from job:
- Authenticate the invoices received from suppliers and ensure all information is accurate.
- Accurate loading of banking details on their bank account and ensure that all suppliers are paid on time as per their payment terms.
- Accurate reconciliation of all suppliers and resolution of outstanding transactions.
- Ad hoc admin duties
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gordon’s Bay, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
