Process Operator (Vapro B or C) - Modern Production Line in Lopik

Your role as Process Operator
In this position you are the hub of the process. You monitor and direct our new
production line, ensuring that each process runs smoothly. From raw materials to final
**product**: you keep the overview and contribute to the top quality we stand for.
What will you do?
**As a process operator you are responsible for**: - Inputting, mixing and processing raw materials, and filling packaging. - Performing product and process checks and recording process data. - Keeping your workplace and the production line clean. - Analyzing and solving malfunctions and performing minor maintenance. - Supporting fellow operators and sharing feedback. - Making improvement proposals and contributing to optimizations of the production
line. - Working closely with operators and the department process technologist. - Good handover to your colleagues during shift changes.
In this role you will report directly to the department manager process
technologist.
What do you bring? - Experience as an operator with a complex production line. - Technical insight and a high sense of responsibility. - MBO work and thinking level, preferably in food technology. - A Vapro B or C diploma (or demonstrable similar knowledge). - Experience in a food production environment. - Knowledge of quality systems and experience working to strict standards. - Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
- A team-oriented attitude, but also able to work independently. - Willingness to work in a two-shift system.

Where will you be working?
You will work at our modern location in Lopik. Here we process cheese and produce
processed and smoked cheese in various flavors and packaging forms. Our products
find their way to customers worldwide, including industrial processors and importers.
