**Purpose of the job**
- Ensure that the quality system is operated, maintained and improved in the factory in accordance with BOS requirements;
- Lead the team to analyze and solve quality problems to ensure that the manufacturing process is in a controlled state;
- Implement customer service, coordinate and solve customer problems; coordinate and solve new product quality planning, improve product quality and reduce production costs by dealing with quality issues with suppliers.
- Responsible for the daily management of the quality department, and ensure that the quality objectives are understood and achieved through effective planning, organization, coordination and control.
- Organize and carry out quality system audits, process audits and non-conforming product reviews, track and supervise the implementation of improvement measures, and ensure that on-site product quality is under control.
- Responsible for the advanced quality planning of new products, review and approve PPAP documents, to ensure that the project plan is consistent with the actual project.
- Responsible for solving and improving supplier quality problems, establishing and improving supplier management system and evaluation system, and assisting in promoting the improvement of supplier's ability level.
- Establish a good communication and collaboration relationship with customers, promptly and actively give feedback information, and continuously improve the quality level to exceed customer expectations.
- Responsible for reviewing quality data, reporting according to the determined cycle and formulating and implementing rectification plans, supervising the completion of control plans, purchase inspection instructions and related quality work instruction documents.
- Lead the quality team to carry out continuous improvement work, supervise the implementation of the improvement plan, and promote the improvement of quality control capabilities.
- Responsible for departmental safety work, implement various safety rules and regulations of the company, and constantly improve various safety facilities, implement the goals of labor protection and safe production, and ensure the safety of employees and equipment.
- Responsible for selecting and training employees, helping them play their advantages, and ensuring the effective implementation of performance evaluation (CID) and succession plans.
- The ability to work must meet the specific requirements of the client.

**General Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal communication and organization and coordination skills, strong team awareness;

**Qualifications**
- Mechanical/ Quality amangement / Industrial Engineering
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in area of quality control
- familiar with TS16949 system standards, and have certain personnel management experience
