**Job Overview**

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Waitress to join our team. You will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, taking orders, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage items.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner.
- Check in with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Process payments and maintain cash register.
- Clean and sanitize tables and dining areas.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a waitress or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy trays.

Pay: R4 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Phalaborwa, Limpopo (Ba-Phalaborwa): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Waitress: 2 years (required)
