Joburg based we are looking to add a dynamic and well-connected leader to steer the property division for this Security Industry powerhouse.

As the face and brains of the properties silo, you will need to set and deliver clear strategic and operational goals to ensure that the overall business objectives are met.

You must be conversant in the SA property landscape and comfortably liaise within the property fraternity - SAPOA, REITs, Investment & Banking, and similar property circles should be your peer group and the language that you speak.

You will need to manage large financial budgets, control expenses, forecasts and projections as well as oversee the smooth running of a complex Debtors book.

Collaboration across multiple divisions, channels and silos within the business is critical and the right person will be able to maintain a professional yet dynamic approach to this growing, ever-changing business.

Operational compliance is line with SA legislation is key and must be maintained at all times.

Your career to date will have been in the property management, asset management, property development & investment environment.

You will understand a wide cross-section of industries be it in the commercial, industrial, retail and residential space.

Solid business acumen, strategy setting and a background in finance will be absolutely necessary.

10+ Years hands-on General Management experience with a focus on both financial and people management.

A proven track record in leadership and the steering of an already successful team.
