**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
The associate will engage new leads through warm, confident communication and guide them through the sales journey, converting interest into loyalty. They will build trust quickly through approachable, professional interactions and act as the main point of contact for existing clientschecking in regularly, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
This role also involves working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services, maintaining organized and up-to-date records of all lead and client interactions, and being a proactive problem solver who can manage multiple relationships simultaneously.
