**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure daily financial data is timeously and accurately processed
- Capturing supplier invoices, returns and other movements on SAP
- Preparing fuel movement schedule and fuel reconciliation, ready for charge-outs
- Reconciliations of supplier accounts to statements
- Creating and maintaining vendors for Sundry Creditors in SAP
- Preparation of the daily revenue files. Daily revenue filing and ensuring that all the paperwork is in order
- Checking of the Daily revenue capturing against source documents (deposit slips and bank summary slips) and POS (point of sale) reports
- Ensuring that the Revenue journals for each day’s revenue have balanced using excel spread sheet
- Preparing re-allocation journals for any incorrect banking
- Liaising with ticket office for any revenue queries and looking into revenue discrepancies daily
- General office and administration duties
- Any other accounting or administrative duties required by the head of the accounts department

Minimum Requirements
- B.Com Financial Accounting
- SAP Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R14,000.00 - R16,000.00 per month
