About us, purpose, experience and qualifications **about us**: - make a promise - be deeply invested - value our differences - build trust, not territory - have courage - always do the right thing **purpose**: Manages credit product risk and profitability and makes recommendations for a portfolio of credit clients through analyses; Monitors associated risks. **experience and qualifications**: - Grade 12, CAIB, or BCom Degree - 3 - 5 years working experience in a Credit environment - **additional requirements**: - Credit portfolio reporting platform ownership for FNB Commercial. Delivery of credit portfolio reports across credit product houses within FNB Commercial. - Consolidation and facilitation of credit portfolio reports to FNB Commercial Lending Exco, FNB Risk and Audit Committee (monthly FNB Commercial Executive Summary to the Credit Risk report > credit insert, quarterly credit portfolio update to the committee). Consolidation and facilitation of FirstRand Commercial credit segment portfolio reports including FNB Commercial, WesBank Commercial and International Commercial portfolios to the FirstRand Commercial Credit Portfolio Committee and the FirstRand Group Credit Risk Management Committee (input to quarterly ERM Credit Risk Report to Board Risk Committee, bi-annual strategic credit portfolio update). - Enabling and coordination of credit portfolio meetings across FNB Commercial credit product houses together with the product house heads of credit. - Support role to the FNB Commercial Credit Portfolio Management Head (alternate for credit portfolio meeting attendance at business unit or product house level within the South African FirstRand Commercial Credit Segment Portfolio). - Coordination of FirstRand Commercial Segment Credit Portfolio information requirements for onsite visits together with ERM (annual rating agency reviews, SARB onsite visits, DFI Funding visits, etc.). - Co-ordination and facilitation of the Rest of Africa and Wesbank credit portfolio information with onward reporting to ERM and the FNB Chief Risk Office, including the R& C Risk and Compliance Committee (RCCC). - Co-ordination of the FNB Commercial Lending Exco agenda and pack compilation B. Credit governance responsibilities 1. FirstRand Group Credit Risk Management Framework (credit portfolio management requirements). 2. This role will be responsible for the coordination of the FirstRand Commercial Credit Portfolio Committee. 3. FirstRand Group Credit Risk Appetite Framework (limit monitoring, escalation of breaches). 4. FirstRand Commercial Credit Portfolio Reporting Framework and integration of reporting into group ERM reporting. C. Committee engagement in this role Engage with various stakeholder in the FirstRand group. CA (SA) qualification will be advantageous. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
