Hvac Engineering

A leading engineering organization has an opportunity for a HVAC Engineer to join their team. The position will be responsible to carry out the full spectrum of HVAC design and supervision work while building solid customer relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- HVAC system design.
- Carry out stages of Project according to the standard PROCSA agreements and as defined by ECSA.
- Project manager under the supervision of and be responsible to the higher management of organisation.
- Represent organisation always.
- Be responsible for all HVAC designs or services that are created / devised and then issued under your supervision.
- Create standard drawings for the organisation-standard specification.
- Preparation of tender documents and BOQ’s and adjudication of said tenders.
- Financial management of projects,
- Continual training of new and existing staff.
- Meetings with manufacturers and suppliers of materials and equipment applicable to our field and build a library of said.
- Provide reports to management when requested.

- 5-8 Years experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferable.
- Master’s degree is advantageous.
- ECSA Registration with ability to register as PR Eng within 2 years. PR Eng / PR Tech advantageous.
- Professional qualification in Green Building Design is advantageous.
- Revit competency in MEP services is advantageous
