**Position Overview**:Overseeing daily panel shop operations, managing & assisting personnel, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and optimizing the production processes in the panel shop to meet targets. Reporting directly to the branch manager

**Minimum Experience**:

- 2-3 years' relevant experience in managing a panel shop.
- Experienced in understanding accident damaged quotations & Audatex.

**Minimum Qualification**:

- Grade 12

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Valid, unendorsed code 8 driver’s license.
- Computer literate: an intermediate level of MS Excel - essential

**Specific Role Responsibilities**

- Supervising, mentoring, and coordinating workshop staff
- Assigning tasks, creating schedules, monitoring performance, and providing training
- Managing daily and weekly production output, vehicle delivery schedules to meet deadlines and budgets
- Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring necessary supplies are available
- Maintaining accurate documentation, time sheets and quality records
- Implementing and enforcing quality standards and procedures
- Prioritizing and enforcing safety protocols and compliance with relevant regulations
