**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that all company policies, procedures & SOPs are adhered to
- Receives & return all guest laundry in accordance with procedures
- Ensure that correct & clean supplies of linen is issued to Room Attendants
- Ensure linen quality is issued & returned
- Ensure that complete guest satisfaction is maintained in all areas of Housekeeping
- Control the issue of staff uniforms & their appearance
- Count & record the amount of soiled linen returned to the contracted laundry supplier
- Maintain and clean laundry equipment and storage facilities
- Ensure that linen storeroom & work area is always near & tidy and that the operation equipment is in working order
- Report any maintenance defects to manager
- Maintain highest standard of hygiene within the property
- Any other adhoc duties that may be required
