**Job Description**:
Key critical skills required:

- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Relevant B-Degree in Computer Science OR; equivalent level of industry certification in Technical field
- 3-5 years’ experience with designing and building, BI systems and complex data eco systems
- Experience working in Big Data environment - optimising and building big data pipelines, architectures and data sets
- Experience in working with large and complex data sets
- SQL and Spark experience
- Knowledge of Banking Finance Treasury and Risk will be advantageous
- Statistical background beneficial
- Strong Data Analytic skills, Report Building, Enabling and participating in data Clean-ups, guidance to business for Data Quality remediation
- Strong Business Analysis skills
- String MS Office Skills - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Key Accountabilities:

- Business Analysis, documenting, socializing, implementing, and alignment of documented Business Processes
- Contribute and expand the CIB Enterprise Library Architecture Library with Data Engineering.
- Analyse and Optimise Data, Source Systems, Principles and Patterns to ensure Data Quality and Maturity.
- Collaboration with Data Engineering to adopt and derive value from current services through advice, guidance and appropriate governance.
- Support Data Engineering to define and manage the CIB Authoritative Data Sources and Master Reference Data Lists.
- Continuously improve the Data Management and Data Governance capabilities as a Subject Matter Expert for CIB - Legal Entity Types, Credit, Products Business Processes and Technical Capabilities

Data Capabilities:

- Build analytical tools to generate insights, recognise patterns and predict behaviour
- Business Partnership: Present insights/tactical plans to business areas to enable enhancements, new initiatives etc within the specific business being supported, to ultimately enable a better customer experience
- Data Governance and Control: Ensure accuracy of Data collected and ensure Data governance requirements are met and adhered to

Strong MI Capabilities:

- Evaluate analysis, problem definition, business requirements, solution development & provide recommendations to enable the operational feasibility of solutions

Risk & Governance:

- Identify data risks and mitigate these
- Incident, Enhancement, Change Management
- Identify, manage and resolve any items raised for Data Enablement

Education

Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology
