**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Supplying a recruitment function to TSU and AM Security, reporting to the Head of HR:
**Responsibilities**:
The primary tasks, functions and deliverables of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Conducting compliance checks and hosting interviews for shortlisting
- Collating of CV packs and presenting to Operations Managers for 2nd interviews
- Co-Ordinating evaluations with Training Department
- Full 360 degree recruitment function up to conclusion of employment contracts
- Weekly and monthly reporting on progress and statistics
**Skills and Competencies**:
The abilities that the individual needs in order to perform this role effectively:

- Intermediate Excel skills
- Effective communication in English and Afrikaans
- Ability to manage perceptions to ensure operational challenges are mitigated
- Creative, tenacious and persistent
**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- Matric
- At least 2 years previous experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
**Other**
Own transport and able to travel between Airport and Strand Offices

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From R9,500.00 per month
