Assess Control Tower gaps in operational, tactical & strategic reporting, understand the detailed requirement and implement applicable reporting to answer to its needs.
- Ability to analyze data, create reports, provide insights and recommendations.
- Work with the Continuous Improvement team to improve on data visualization and reporting capability of the company in order to enable decision making in operations.
- Work with key stakeholders to understand the business problem/requirement and translate this into a technical specification/requirement (storyboarding).
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to build tools, dashboards and automate processes or tasks.
- Advanced MS Office Suite skills (especially Excel) and Google product suite.
- Demonstrable experience with Power BI (other additional data visualization software tools advantageous)
- Use analytical, statistical and programming skills to collect, analyze and interpret large data sets in order to provide insights and data-driven suggestions for transport cost optimization initiatives.
