NOV Gqeberha is seeking a HSE Administrator. In this role, you will be an integral member of the HSE team. You will perform administration functions and online data entry.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Data entry on online data base for ESG data entry
- Obtain invoices from various sources.
- Read invoices and match with obtained ESG data.
- Perform data gathering
- Communicate with employees of different countries.
- Manage and maintain te data base.
- Read and extract data from the following documents:

- Invoices
- Purchase Orders
- Delivery orders

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Grade 12 Higher education in a relevant administrative / business discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in MS Office (essential)
- Excellent Written and verbal communication skills in English(essential)
- Experience working within a department team (essential)
- Experience with online data base administration and management
- Must be fluent in English.
- Work well under pressure and daily deadlines.
- Be organised and able to handle multiple tasks the same time
