- **Job Description**_
- Facilitate, co-ordinate and develop solutions for strategic company projects.
- Central collation, effective use/implementation and governance of buying-/systems-/project-related documentation.
- Look for new developments and refinements to continuously improve systems efficiency.
- Accurate data reporting and analysis of buying systems/tools/reports.
- Act as a liaison within the functional areas to facilitate effective change management.
- **Key Requirements**_
- A Grade 12 Certificate/Matric.
- A relevant Degree/qualification in Fashion, Textile Design/Clothing Production/Product Development/Merchandising, or a related field.
- Retail Buying experience of at least 3 years in Clothing.
- Integral understanding of the Clothing Retail Cycle & Product Attributes.
- Centric Software user experience.
- Merchandise/Retail Systems Knowledge.
- Project Management.
- Knowledge of the retail merchandise cycle with regards to Buying.
- Knowledge of buying principles and strategies.
- Merchandise/Retail Systems knowledge specifically Centric Software.
- Excellent communication at all levels within the company.
- Merchant skills and a sound commercial mentality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional planning, organizing and time management skills.
- Networking skills and the ability to be resourceful.
