- Assist the LC with other corporate governance matters
- Assist in administering shares in employee share purchase plan
- Maintain statutory registers
- Draft company resolutions
- Co-ordinate signature of resolutions
- Maintain resolution register as required in terms of Companies Act
- Assist the LC with compliance matters
- Assist the LC with more basic transactional agreements
- (e.g. agreements for the acquisition and disposal of properties, share subscription agreements, share sale agreements, shareholders agreements etc)
- Assist the LC with operational agreements (e.g. service level agreements, property management agreements, lease agreements)
- Provide ad hoc legal advice / opinions
- Assist the LC with litigation matters
- Liaise with external litigation attorneys and maintain and update litigation report
