- The role aims to optimise resources, mitigate risks, and enhance the working environment to support the organisation's strategic objectives. Additionally, the Corporate Administration Manager is critical in fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and driving continuous improvement in administrative processes.
- Overall, the job is to provide effective leadership and management in corporate administration, facilitating the smooth functioning of the company and contributing to its long-term success.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Management of the Business Centre**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business centre, ensuring smooth functioning and efficient service delivery.
- Coordinate with facility management to maintain a professional and conducive environment for employees and visitors.
- Manage bookings, scheduling, and allocation of resources within the business centre.
**Office Cleaning and Hygiene**
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement measures to prevent the spreading of infectious diseases.
- Supervise cleaning staff or contractors, providing guidance and support as necessary.
**Corporate Fleet Management**:
- Manage the organisation's fleet of vehicles, including procurement, maintenance, and disposal.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for the safe and efficient use of corporate vehicles.
- Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle utilisation, and maintenance records to optimise fleet performance and cost-effectiveness.
**Corporate Functions**
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, meetings, and functions, including conferences, seminars, and team-building activities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of corporate functions within budgetary constraints.
- Manage logistics, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other requirements for corporate events.
- Prepare and manage budgets for the administration department, including business centre operations, cleaning services, fleet management, and corporate functions.
- Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
**Vendor Management**
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors for cleaning, maintenance, catering, and event management services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring quality service delivery and timely resolution of issues.
**Compliance and Risk Management**
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies governing corporate administration, including health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with business centre operations, fleet management, and corporate functions.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, operations management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years’ work experience in a corporate or related environment.
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Knowledge of fleet systems

- Able to resolve queries
**Education**:
- Bachelors (preferred)
