**JOB PURPOSE**
Provides quality patient care according to assessed and monitored individual needs, under the direction of the registered nurse and will supervise activities of the enrolled nursing auxiliaries and Care workers.
**REPORTING TO**
Unit Manager

1. Certificate as enrolled nurse
2. Registered with the South African Nursing Council as enrolled nurse
**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE**
1. Work experience in theatre - private sector will be an advantage
2. Experience in scrubbing will be an advantage
3. Experience in ophthalmic nursing will be an advantage
