Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily administrative tasks pertaining to the reservation elements of the business
- Perform all other duties assigned by the reservations manager

**Requirements**:

- ** PROVEN** and **CURRENT** experience as a reservations consultant in **hotels, lodges or travel**. **Min 3 years**.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, PowerPoint)
- _ PMS system knowledge - Nebula, eRes and Hotelier would be advantageous_
- Proficiency in English
- Well-organized with good time management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Works well and accurately under pressure
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Valid RSA ID
- Dynamic, self-starter, problem solver, team player, flexible, presentable appearance

System Requirements:

- Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills
- eRES / Nebula, Opera & Apex

Minimum Experience and Requirements:

- _ 2-3 years experience in a hotel/tourism/travel call centre or reservations department for multiple properties working as a reservations consultant._
- Must have a good command of the English language with good writing skills.

**Salary**:
The package includes a mandatory 5% deduction toward the companys provident fund. Medical Aid is available as part of the CTC package. The remuneration will be discussed at the interviews or upon individual requests.
